PHUC DIEN IP

Location: Cam Phuc Hamlet, Cam Dien, Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province, next to national road 5, 16km away from Hai Duong down town, 37km from Hanoi, 78km from Noi Bai Airport, 65km from Hai Phong and Cai Lan port, 101km from Quang Ninh Province.

Planned land space: 87ha (phase II development, 200ha expansion).

Priority investment calling: Mechanical engineering contracting, electronic assembly, textile-garments, consumer products manufacturing, agricultural products processing, artisanal handicrafts and other businesses.

Infrastructures building and investment attraction: No available lease land for development phase I of 87ha.Phase II will avail a 200ha expansion.

DAI AN IP

Location: Tu Minh Village, Hai Duong City and Lai Cach Township, Cam Giang District. Adjacent to national road 4, 50km distant from Hanoi, 51km from Hai Phong, 80km from Noi Bai Airport, 108km from Cai Lan Port.

Planned land space: 664ha. Phase I development: 193.22ha (consisting of 174.22ha IP territorial land, 19ha community housing for the industrial work force); phase II development: 474ha expansion (403ha for industrial purpose, 71ha for community housing).

Priority investment calling: Textile-garments, leather-shoes making, consumer goods production, agricultural products-food processing, machine assembly and spare parts, electronic manufacture and assembly, ceramic-glass fabrication, artisanal art crafts and other businesses.

Infrastructures building and investment attraction: After filling 95% of the lease land in Dai An IP, Dai An Joint Stock Company further invested in expansion into Dai An II covering 474ha. To this date, land clearance compensation for 210ha has been completed, uniform and modern infrastructure building work is forcefully implemented for ready ushering in investment projects.There have been 31 licensed projects, to note, 15 factories in production operation, 9 factories undergoing basic construction, 7 factories in the process of perfecting procedural formalities for issuance of construction permit. Total investment capital in Dai An IP I is USD 437m, of which USD 250m has been paid-up. Employment is provided for 6,800, of which 5,800 comes from local places, taking 85% share of the pie.

 Location: 2 Tan Truong Village - Cam Dong, Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province; next to national road 5, 43km away from Hanoi, 57km from Hai Phong, 93km from Cai Lan Port, Quang Ninh Province.

Planned land space: 299.6ha (development phase I:199.6ha; phase II: 100ha extension).

Priority investment calling: Electric, electronic manufacturing, refrigeration, agriculture products-food processing, high class ceramic, glass fabrication, paper, packaging material manufacture, textile, consumer goods production, textile-garments, leather shoes making.

Infrastructures building and investment attraction: No available lease land in phase I, phase II with 100ha expansion is undergoing infrastructure construction for the new land space according to the approved plans.

Priority investment calling: Mechanical assembly and engineering, farm-food products processing, textile-garments, consumer goods manufacture and other businesses.

Infrastructures building and investment attraction: Developmental phase I has completed technical infrastructures construction and filled lease land space. Infrastructures building for the IP expansion part is being undertaken according to the approved plans.

Chief investor: Dong Tai Company Limited and Phong Phu Textile-Garment Company

 

VIET HOA – KENMARK IP

Location: Viet Hoa Village, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province

Planned land space: 46.4ha (phase I), 100ha (phase II)

Priority investment calling: Cast iron, steel manufacture, electrical equipment, wood work artisanal art craft, construction materials.

Infrastructures building and investment attraction:Phase I development has completed construction of technical infrastructures and filled land lease space. Infrastructures construction for the expanded land space is being carried out according to the approved plans.

Chief investor: Kenmark Group.

 

CONG HOA – CHI LINH IP

Location: Cong Hoa Village, Chi Linh District, Hai Duong Province; next to national road 8, Tieu River and the railway, 80km distant from Hanoi, 76km from Noi Bai Airport (along national road 18), 68km from Hai Phong, 60km from Cai Lan Port of Quang Ninh Province.

Planned land space: 357.03ha

Priority investment calling: High-tech industries, electronics, motorcycle-automobile, informatics, electrical equipment manufacturing

Infrastructures building and investment attraction: Land clearance and infrastructures building are on the way.

Chief investor: Genruco Industrial Park and Urban Development Joint Stock Company.

 

TAU THUY-LAI VU IP

Location: Lai Vu Village, Kim Thanh District, Hai Duong Province

Planned land space: 213ha

Priority investment calling: Industries catering to ship building.

Infrastructures building and investment attraction: Full occupancy of lease land space.

Chief investor: Vietnam Ship Building Industries Group (VINASHIN).
