VIETRADE - As one of the provinces with important roles in the development of the Southern Key Economic Region, Tay Ninh Province is regarded as the hub and important traffic gateway by roadway leading into Cambodia and other countries in ASIAN region; located in the strategic position of the national defense security of the country; as the hub of trading, entrepot and service–tourism of Mekong Sub-region countries because of its geographical location in the solid axis of the regional main development: longitudinal center line includes Ho Chi Minh Highway (highway 14-route N2),horizontal axis includes Trans-Asia highway (Ho Chi Minh City–Moc Bai Border Gate) and highway 22 B (Go Dau - Xa Mat Border Gate).
